answer by a message, that 1.6 times longer.  How big amplifier
network is needed to shutup 10Mbit victim connection, if
a malicious user have only three dial-ups?  Do you count this
actions as crime? And your police?

3. Make clear instructions, by following which even the most
stupid "tik-tak-toe" player will not loose.

3*. On Alpha Centaur planet three-fingered alphacentaurs lives.
They use strange characters !"#$%& as digits.  Create a program,
that count as alphacentaur from ! to &&& and back.  If you can't
program, just write alphacentaur multiplication table.
